1. Drive system components exposed to the outside of the press must be equipped with a maintenance cover. Do not drive or test the vehicle safely without the protective cover on.

2. Before driving, check whether the main screw is loose, whether the mold is cracked, the actual operation organization, the high-speed punch automatic stop equipment, the clutch and brake system is normal, and whether the intake system is blocked or less oil. If necessary, you can use an air vehicle for testing.

3. To install the mold, be sure to open the slide rail to the bottom dead center, the height-width ratio of the closing must be appropriate, and try to prevent axial force load; Mold must be firmly fixed and tested for stability.

4. Attention must be paid to the work centrally, and hands and special tools are forbidden to be placed in risky areas. Small parts must be used with common tools (forceps or knife tissue) to carry out practical operation. When the mold is stuck to the hair embryo, it can only be released by using a special tool.

5. If you find that the press operation is abnormal or there is abnormal sound (such as crashing sound, cracking sound), please stop the press manufacturer feeding paper immediately and check the reason. If the rotating member is loose, a common malfunction occurs in the operating equipment, and the die is loose and defective, stop and repair it.

6. Every time when stamping product workpiece, hand or foot must leave the key or pedal, to avoid operation error.

7. If there are more than two people, you should instruct others to drive and pay attention to harmony. Before going off work, the mold should be put down, turn off the switching power supply, and carry out the necessary cleaning.
